SaveLinkTube respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how copyright owners can report concerns and how we handle copyright complaints.
SaveLinkTube does not host a library of videos or provide a public catalog of video files. The Service processes links that users submit to videos hosted by third-party platforms such as YouTube. The original content remains on the platform where it was published and belongs to its respective owner.
SaveLinkTube is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
Users are responsible for downloading only content that they own, have permission to download, or are otherwise legally allowed to save, as set out in our Terms of Service.
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that the Service is being used in a way that infringes your copyright, you may send us a written copyright notice.
To help us review your request, please include all of the following:
Please note that SaveLinkTube does not control or host the original videos on YouTube or other third-party platforms. We cannot remove the original video from those platforms. If you want the original video taken down, you should also report it directly to the platform that hosts it.
When we receive a complete and sufficiently clear copyright notice, we review the information provided and may take appropriate action where warranted.
Depending on the circumstances, we may block or restrict the reported URL from being processed by SaveLinkTube.
We may also suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who repeatedly submit URLs associated with copyright infringement or otherwise misuse the Service.
We may reject notices that are incomplete, unclear, unsupported, or do not provide enough information for us to identify the reported material.
If SaveLinkTube has blocked or restricted the processing of a submitted URL in response to a copyright complaint, and you believe that action was taken because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice.
A counter-notice should include:
We will review a valid counter-notice and determine what action, if any, is appropriate based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Please be aware that under applicable law, including Section 512(f) of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
If you are not sure whether material infringes your copyright, we recommend seeking advice from a qualified legal professional before submitting a notice.
Please send copyright notices and counter-notices to [email protected], or through our Contact page.
Please use "DMCA Notice" as the subject line for an initial copyright complaint and "DMCA Counter-Notice" for a counter-notice.
Including all of the information listed above will help us review your request more efficiently.
